I first discovered Bastian Void when I frequented certain web forums back around 2010. I remember recruiting him back when i used to co-run Archtects + Heroes Records and tried planning a release with him there. But it never came to fruition and I soon left the label and started my own endeavours. Joseph Bastardo has since released a handful of cassettes on various labels. His latest, “Adapter” is a bit different from his earlier works, but that isn’t a bad thing. It is a bit more technical than his previous classics but still maintains the spirit and soul of what makes him one of my most listened to producers in recent times.
