The early 2000′s marked a time in electronic music history where disco, high energy and electro were fused together to form the funkier side of electronic music. I remember those days fondly listening to acts such as DMX Krew, Fischerspooner, Felix Da House Cat and Peaches to name a few. “Metro Area” was released in 2002 in the height of this craze in electronic music. Still sounds fresh and innovative as it did back in the day. Future Shock at it’s finest.
