The STYLSS imprint out of Portland, OR may have taken a brief hiatus in 2017. But they have maintained their appeal with the latest cassette release by Ext, “Last October”. A distopian style Massive Attack-esque opus of emotion, darkness and future forward blend of house, hip hop, uk garage among others. I’m glad to see that STYLSS has reemmerged for 2018. STYLSS may have been quiet on the release front, but they have been keeping busy with merch, single series, and mix series.
