Ever since I was a teenager, I’ve always loved the sound of Rock en Español. My mom used to listen to KLVE in Los Angeles where they mostly played ballads. But occasionally they would play spanish rock. Hardcute Ukelele remind me of those times. “Olema” is their latest release on Discos de Nuestra Señora with punchy drums, ukelele, and catchy vocals.
