The album begins as one sets out on the road, and the tracks roll by as listeners make their way to a curious and unfamiliar destination. The album reflects on places left behind with sweet melancholy, while simultaneously joyfully anticipating the pending unknown. September gives rise to hope for a new beginning.
💫 The album consists of mostly short, sketchy tracks that build on the mood of the previous piece. Dense textures are lined with subtle melodies, making strong use of call and response instrumentation. The album is then heavily seasoned with crisp percussion and driving beats.
