Temporal Rift is a sonic work sculpted with synthesizers—an exploration of the cosmos, time, ruin, and regeneration. It is not an album driven by emotion, but rather a fluid sound-space where tones grow, drift, collapse, and reconfigure themselves organically.
This album features 11 tracks, structured as follows:
The Cosmic Trilogy (Orbit, First Floor, Afternoon Sun) — A view from orbit: gazing upon the vast sky, sensing the flow of the unknown and the warmth of distant stars.
Selections from the Disaster Trilogy (Crust, Cyclone, Rising) — Created in collaboration with visual artist Rustyhead during the Asia tour, these pieces focus on the cycle between catastrophe and renewal, shaping moments of collapse, storms, and hope through sound.
Experimental Ambient Works (Daybreak, Mineshaft, Velvet Drone) — A journey to the fringes of sound: gentle hums, the glimmer of dawn, and tremors from subterranean depths form a subtle yet vivid auditory experiment.
Live Recordings (Temporal Rift, Echo) — Captured from two performances at the legendary Shanghai club Trigger, these tracks fuse industrial sound textures with elements of improvisation to portray ruptures in time and their continual reformation.
This is an album for immersive listening—equally suited as a sonic blueprint for film, installation art, or live performance.
