‘Filling Our Hearts with Clouds’ is musician and photographer Beau Devereaux’s eagerly anticipated debut image and sound project. Inspired by the expansiveness of the sky and the language of clouds this poetic collection of black and white images and its accompanying cinematic soundtrack is a meditation on the celestial sphere. The sky for Devereaux is an endlessly beautiful metaphor, expressive, figurative, symbolic and universal in its reach.
These emotive and often quiet images are designed to be viewed whilst listening to Devereaux’s soundscapes. Longtime electronic music artist, he has constructed a poignant sonic diary drenched in dusty ghost ballads, overripe production, crumbling tape loops, and a sun-fried palette of melody.
