Arschgesichter des Todes is a collaboration between Berlin–based guitarist Dominik Bucher and Hamburg’s Scheich in China. While Bucher has spent the last decade mastering his intense ambient guitar sound walls, Scheich in China’s uncompromising drumming propels the project into blistering post-black metal territories. Together they create a sonic monolith that is at once nerve-wracking and haunting, yet soothingly hypnotic. Out now on Kratzr Records.
