ITW —Into The Wave— has been making drone and ambient from Benicarló for ten years, and this tape celebrates exactly that decade in transit. Six tracks, thirty-eight and a half minutes of deep drones, dense ambient layers and textured noise building a freezing, vast, deserted space: “La Vasta Immensitat d’allò Imperceptible”, “L’Aire que em Falta” in two parts. Recorded, mixed and mastered by Richy Mascarell at 964 Estudios in Benicarló, with artwork by Balty Albiol. An anniversary ITW dedicates to those fighting to exist under oppressive regimes. Put your headphones on and let the void swallow you. Out now on Cintas Nómadas.
