Recorded in a small studio in early ’26 in Montmartre, Paris, the project feeds on dozens of samples taken from tracks from the 60s and the 70s, layered with guitars, percussions, pianos & vocal harmonies, to offer a sequence of varied atmospheres -from Christian choirs to post-punk via dub– and a patchwork of emotions connected through the theme of family. The album finds peace in the final track, an experimental ballad punctuated by the song of the red cardinal bird, indicating the presence of a loved one.
